Our story
The idea of launching Up&Out came to Anastasia Yukhtmakher in 2016. At that time, she was working at The Boston Consulting Group and had extensive experience in recruitment in consulting companies (BCG, PwC) and the banking industry (UniCredit Bank, Sber).
In May 2016, Anastasia Yukhtmakher together with Anastasia Senchilo and Daria Ustimenko launched the Up&Out career service.
Up&Out was the first niche career service in the region to specialize in Сonsultants and Alumni with experience in strategy and operational excellence.
We immediately began working with the most significant industrial and consulting companies, as well as actively developing startups, the pipeline of our clients was actively growing, as was the number of candidates whom we helped to find new career opportunities.
We have a vast professional network of the most sought-after specialists on the market.
We focused on finding candidates for the following functional areas: strategy, operational efficiency, marketing, digital, finance (including valuation, M&A, investments), HR, product management, Data Science and IT.
The geography of our service began to expand actively and at the moment we are working with the CIS countries, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North and South America.
In September 2022, we launched our new international product — a career bot that will help you find relevant candidates and vacancies as quickly as possible without leaving Telegram.
